What Are the Steps to Get a Work Visa in Qatar?

The employment of foreign personnel in Qatar is a complicated process, so is getting a work visa in Qatar. To get started, your firm will need to register with the Ministry of Interior’s Immigration Department. You will not be able to apply for a work permit until you have completed this procedure. You’ll need to supply many papers as the employer, including a copy of your trade license. You will be given an Immigration Card and a Representative Card if your application is approved.

The firm must then apply for a group of work permits for all of the expatriates it plans to hire. You must fill out the application in Arabic and provide the entire number of foreign employees, their job titles, and nationalities. The Ministry of Labor will provide its approval.

Your firm will need to apply for employment visas for each foreign worker after the work permits have been approved. The Ministry of Labor must receive the appropriate documentation for each employee, which is stated in the preceding section.

After getting their work permits, employees can go to Qatar. Your firm must apply for the employee’s residence permit within seven days of their arrival. The necessary documents are stated in the preceding section and must be submitted to the Ministry of Labor.
